The former campus of Quest University was sold in 2020 to Primacorp Venture Inc. and then sold a second time to Capilano University in 2023. While the campus was sold, the university continues to exist as a legal entity and has full rights to all assets lawfully owed to the university.
Tax returns and financial statements for Quest raise concern about what has happened to Quest since its campus was sold to Primacorp.
During May of 2025, I began to write to the Board of Governors of Quest to inquire about its recent activities, the plans of the Board for the university's future and the disposition of assets.
Since this is a matter of significant interest to the former faculty and alumni as well as to The District of Squamish, I am posting my letters here along with the documents that are the basis of my analysis and questions.
