Since Tides Canada had voluntarily disclosed that it was under audit, back in 2012, I wrote to Tides Canada to inquire as to whether or not it is one of the charities that was told by the CRA that its status would be revoked.

Below, here are the e-mails and letters that I sent to Tides Canada since June of 2015 in order to inquire about 1) the outcome of its audit by the Canada Revenue Agency and 2) one particular case of questionable payments involving US$3.1 million, Collette Vacations and its three charities in Mississauga and Pawtucket, Rhode Island.

No reply was received from Mr. Sullivan.

Tides Canada replied but did not answer any questions about the outcome of its CRA audit.
