During 2009 and 2010, the Oak Foundation granted $6 million for the Global Campaign for Climate Action, based here in Canada. Who ultimately got the money? And how was it spent?

This grant specified that the $2.5 million was "To mobilise civil society and public opinion in support of transformational change and rapid action to save the planet from dangerous levels of climate change." This project called for "massive public organising, rigorous and rapid analysis, nimble coordination and targeted, effective campaigning at all levels" and specified a number of "political objectives."
