Vivian I think your time has come.
I want to get an idea into the public debate on shipping along our BC coast.
As I understand it every major ship accident in recent years has been as a result of poor maintenance or human error, both of which we can radily address here in BC by implimenting a mandatory pilot program for ships carrying dangerous goods in our waters.
