According to annual reports, Joel Solomon and Martha Burton, the treasurer of Vision Vancouver, were the only officers of Interdependent Investments Ltd. from 2002 to 2009.
As of April 13, 2011 - one week after I sent an open letter to Mayor Gregor Robertson, Martha Burton is no longer listed as an officer and the structure of the company has been changed.
