What concerns me about this document is the list of activities that Wilburce doesn't fund. The Wilburforce Foundation is an environmental foundation and yet, according to these guidelines, it doesn't fund habitat restoration, pollution-related programs, energy-related or transportation-related issues, clean air programs or sustainable development.
